A. Refunds are not accepted. However, exchanges are applicable for merchandise that is unused and is still in original packaging.

A. We recommend washing extensions with Tresseme deep moisture shampoo and conditioner.

Q. Will my Full Lace Wig fit?
A. All Full Lace wigs are a standard medium sized cap, with combs and an adjustable cap. Please email us if a larger size is needed.

Q. How long will my Mink Lashes last?
A. Our Mink Lashes can be worn up to 25 times with proper care. We recommend storing lashes in packaging for longevity.

Q. Custom Full Lace wigs?
A. Please allow an ADDITIONAL 2 DAYS for Custom colored Full Lace wigs.
